Please be aware that a late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 9 pm, and this amount must be settled directly on site.
The rental rates include energy consumption covering water, gas, and electricity, as well as air conditioning, internet connection, 1 set of bath towels per person, bed linen, and final cleaning. The garden is fenced, but we kindly ask to always supervise your 4-legged friend, as well as respect the property and the neighbors.

The apartment is near Imperia Porto Maurizio neighbour, precisely it is located in "Imperia Piani" hamlet.
It is in a quiet residential area, but still a few minutes drive from the beach and the liveliest areas of the city.
An ideal destination for discovering the Riviera dei Fiori, with its beaches and colorful villages.

Excellent destination for an active, sporty holiday! CYCLING, PADEL, TREKKING and WALKS.
For cyclists: 400 meters away from the house, you will find a cycle path that runs along the river and allows you to reach the new cycling path of Ponente Ligure, which leads to Sanremo and to the part of Imperia called "Imperia Oneglia".
Total length of the seaside cycling path: about 32 km. Highly recommended: it is a very panoramic and flat route, built over the old dismissed railway line.
Possibility of renting bicycles about 2 km away (in Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo).
Note: to get to the house there is a short uphill section.
For Padel players: bring your equipment! Corcuera Padel Imperia, with 2 courts available, is just 400 meters away.
If you are curious to try this sport, you can rent the equipment there.
Trekking and walks: there are many paths for trekking or nature walks. Or just walk on the cycling path along the sea!

The apartment Serena is in perfect, central location. Just 200 m from the beach.

Excellent for families, also with children, or for small groups and two couples of friends.
Very close to the beaches: perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday. Levanto is also the ideal starting point for exploring the Cinque Terre, by boat, with the trekking paths, or, even better, by train.
The station is 750 meters away, it can also be reached on foot in 9 minutes.

This ticket is not a private reserved parking; it allows to park for free in the blue lines in the city - with the exception of the parking above the beach, where it's not free, but there is a reduced hourly rate.
