Close to the pool area, there is a stone-built barbecue and pizza oven, an outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area. Near the driveway, about 20 metres from the house, there is small guesthouse with a double bedroom and bathroom. The secluded position and the fact that it is accessible by its private road ensure peace and tranquillity for the guests of Al Mennucci. This road lasts for 1 km and it is unsealed, therefore not suitable for low sport cars.

Podere San Martino is a nice stone building (140 sq m) with WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to six people comfortably in two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Conveniently located 4 km (2 mi) from Buti, Italy and only 25 km (16 mi) from Lucca.

When you arrive you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a splendid vacation in Tuscany.
