Very Good 4 /5We spent a week comfortably with 9 people the last week of October. We could have easily brought the dog as the garden is huge and secure. Large living room with lots of seating and 3 bathrooms is a big plus. The kitchen isn't very well equipped but adequate (oven works but not on all settings, no microwave, plenty of skillets but no good oven pans). The location is ideal. It's a quick walk or bike ride down to the cafe and bread store. Just a bit farther and there's a great pizzeria, larger bread/pastry shop, good seafood and the beach. We really loved Massa, both the beach town and the old downtown. Just gorgeous, between the mountains and the sea. Quick access to the highway for day trips around Tuscany.
