Villa La Quercia is a lovely property having a total of three private apartments that is conveniently located 1 km (3696 ft) from Sassetta, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 90 km (56 mi) from San Gimignano. Villa La Quercia, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet and pool.
Erica (45sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom and can sleep up to four people.
Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. The kitchen includes plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four guests.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
