At guests' disposal:
- The house has a private and independent entrance, exclusively for guests. It features an outdoor courtyard with terracotta flooring, a fenced garden, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, and essential cleaning supplies.
- The guest apartment is located on the first floor, while the ground floor is occupied by the owner, with a separate entrance.
- Private parking is available on the property. Please note that the house is not accessible by public transport, so a car is required.
Pets of any kind are not allowed on the property, out of consideration for guests who may have allergies.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse, accessible via an outside staircase. The total area of the property is approximately 110 square meters.
It features an entrance, a living room with satellite TV (and air conditioning) as well as a double sofa bed (available on request and to be paid on the spot).
The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, sink, electric oven with grill, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, and cutlery for 12 place settings, along with an extendable rectangular table and sufficient chairs.
