Kitchen was rather basic (no oven, no dish washer), but o.k. Wifi was slow and broke down regularly. Big area with olive trees surrounding the houses. The kids loved the big swimming pool which was also in good condition. There was a seperate fireplace for BBQ with nice view over the valley which we enjoyed three times. Price-Quality - good. Pool area was very nice just one gripe only six sunbeds which some days wasn't enough but some days we had it all to ourselves. The road up is very narrow in places Oh and be aware Google Maps from the SP9 takes you up a lane that leads to no where, you need to go a bit further into Porciano.
