Charming apartment set on two levels created by the restoration of an ancient chapel.
Ground floor: entrance, living-room (satellite TV, hi-fi) with access on to the first floor, open kitchen (oven, small microwaves, freezer, dishwasher, American coffee maker, ironing facilities) with dining table (for 6 persons) and access on to the outside.
1st floor (access via a spiral staircase or from the outside): small Bedroom/living area with a French bed with access on the a windowed veranda (5 square metres) furnished with dining table for 2 people, small passage-way kitchenette (small electrical oven, freezer) with access on to the veranda, large double bedroom with access on to a covered terrace (10 square metres) and ensuite bathroom with shower, twin-bedded room, passage-way room with a single bed (roof window), bathroom with shower.
The two main bedrooms and the veranda provide air-conditioning.
Private furnished terrace (20 square metres). Small barbecue available.

Tenuta Schnautzer is really a great property with excellent facilities and a very friendly famlily!! Its located next to the city of Lucca in a great hilly area with lots of trees, plants and flowers.

Lovely villa and owner - but dont go if you dont like the sound of dogs howling from nearby dog kennel! We jsut wanted to leave the villa every day to escape!

We stayed in the newest villa on the property and it is very spacious and bright - lots of windows and outdoor patio space. This villa is very nice, but it is in the country so it is necessary to drive for any necessities.

The tuscany villa website and service I found to be very helpful. It was easy and convenient to pay for the villa through the website. There are a large number of villas on your website, but the search engine and criteria helped to filter through them all.
The property and owners were excellent. The property was clean and well taken care of. The owners were very friendly and very helpful. They even drove us into town when we needed a ride. Overall an excellent villa, and we will recommend it to our friends and are considering going back for a future anniversary.
