Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 7-room villa spanning 160 square meters across two levels. The villa is located on the first floor. The living/dining room features a TV and has an exit leading out to the terrace. There are three bedrooms on this level, each with two beds, and one of them has an en-suite shower/bidet/WC. The kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, a dishwasher, microwave, and freezer, as well as an electric coffee machine.

The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase and consists of one room with sloping ceilings and two beds. There is another living/dining room on this level, complete with a double sofa bed and TV, and an exit leading out to the balcony. Additionally, there is another bedroom with two beds and a kitchenette with four hot plates, an oven, microwave, and freezer. This floor also has its own bath/shower/bidet/WC.

During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities, including a washing machine, dishwasher, heat (available from October 15th to April 15th), microwave, and television. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests and offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
