Price Match
Nous rendons grâce à la climatisation : sans elle, le logement aurait été inhabitable pour nous, tant la chaleur était accablante au moment de notre séjour (autour de 35° c tous les jours !). La vue depuis la trop petite terrasse du séjour est très belle, mais impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte en soirée (pendant la journée nous étions dans Venise) à cause du bruit des petits bateaux à moteur qui passent et repassent, en faisant hurler une sono d'enfer. Les exhibitionnistes qui se livrent à ce genre de rodéo maritime sont évidemment des abrutis, mais ils devraient être sanctionnés pour leur conduite dangereuse et agressive sur le plan sonore. Rien à redire par ailleurs, sinon qu'il faudrait mettre en garde vos futurs locataires à ce sujet, plutôt que d'affirmer que le secteur est calme. Les nuisances sonores peuvent durer jusque tard dans la nuit...Sans même parler des goélands (ou des mouettes ?), dont le bavardage nocturne peut aussi être gênant. Il est vrai que nous sommes particulièrement sensibles au bruit et que nous pensions y échapper en choisissant la Giudecca plutôt que le coeur de Venise. Donc déception, mais des personnes plus jeunes peuvent s'accommoder de ce genre d'inconvénients...
