- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Die Küchenausstattung war nur ausreichend, einiges kaputt oder mit starken Gebrauchsspuren ( z.b. Pfannen die nicht mehr benutzbar waren)

Very bright, modern, BUT, no wifi on premises.

We stayed at Villa Esperia for a week, primarily doing skiing and visiting the thermal pools. There were 6 of us and the villa was able to accommodate all of us with comfort and enough space. Overall, very quiet surrounding, clean and warm villa. We enjoyed our stay a lot
