This level also features 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 beds, both equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. The kitchen area on this floor is a kitchenette fitted with 4 gas rings and a kettle, as well as a freezer for your convenience. The ground floor is completed by a shower room with bidet and WC.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find a second living and dining room with a dining table, offering additional communal space.
