On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room complete with a dining table, offering a comfortable space for shared meals and relaxation. This level features 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 further bedroom with 2 beds, both equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen area on this floor is a kitchenette fitted with 4 gas rings and a kettle, as well as a freezer for your convenience. The bathroom on this floor includes a shower, bidet, and WC.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find an additional living and dining room with a dining table, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 beds. This level also features a fully equipped kitchen with 4 hot plates and a dining table, as well as a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. Please be aware that the lower ground floor apartment is a basement apartment and does not offer a heating option. A large roofed terrace is accessible from this level, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, and offering a beautiful view of the garden. When fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use. Additionally, apartment number 3 is available on the ground floor only.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
