We hired all 7 villas for my 50th birthday. As most guests were coming from Australia I wanted to make sure all went well. I needn’t have worried. From the moment I found Possarelli villa’s website they were great. Answered all my questions and gave me lots of options. They listened to my needs and found a great venue.
If I thought the people from Possarelli were great then Stefano and Sergio were amazing. They fully catered for my birthday, Feed us the night we arrived, offered advice on what do see and do. Arranged a great wine tasting at a local winery, including food, for us all at a moment’s notice. Sergio also gave a great talk on the history of the castle. Those who wanted to did a cooking lesson with the Master Chef Sergio. My 12 year old nephew was shaking with adrenaline afterwards explaining all he had learned. Finally, the local town had a great little pub/restaurant in it that we took over on the final night.
So in summary if you want to go to a place where the owners have a passion for great food, great service and go out of their way to make sure you take away the memory of a lifetime go to Fattoria San PoloWould you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
It was a wonderful and unforgettable summer vacation with our son's family with three grandchildren at Raoul in Tuscany. Villa Fabbroni was a perfect place to relax and make our home base to see the Chianti region with a friends and family. Sergio and Stephano where the perfect hosts, making each day special with the care and attention they gave to recommending places of interest, day trips, transport, and of course serving the delicious Tuscan food they know so well.

A magical place .. I celebrated my 60th with some friends and it was perfect - I even became quite attached to the narrow winding drive up the mountain from San Polo. Villa Fabbroni is delightedly different .. overlooks mountains and forests although just a little down the track are those Tuscan views one imagines .. olive groves, vineyards and dotted villas here and there. Other guests had children who loved the horses, chickens and rustic atmosphere. Stefano and Sergio make you very welcome, are helpful and are one of the special things about Fabbroni .. we ate their olive oil, and honey and drank their wine .. and ejoyed their sumptuious cooking. Of course a car is necessary in Tuscany and many Tuscan villages are within a day's visit after which a relax by the pool is very welcome!..the furnishings are rustic/provincial, comfortable, clean and well appointed.... we did not want to leave!
