The outdoor spaces of Villa Biddizza are thoughtfully designed to celebrate the Mediterranean way of life. The garden is a lush and well-kept environment featuring a manicured lawn, ornamental flower beds, towering palm trees, and productive citrus trees, all framing the property with natural beauty. Seasonal blooms of bougainvillea, jasmine, and wisteria add vivid color and fragrance throughout the warmer months, while bay leaves, rosemary, and hydrangeas complete the rich botanical tapestry. The veranda, adjacent to the kitchen and living room, is furnished with a dining table and a comfortable seating area, and can be fully enclosed with sliding glass walls, making it suitable for outdoor dining and relaxation in any season. A mobile barbecue is conveniently positioned next to the outdoor dining area, perfect for alfresco meals. The non-heated swimming pool is located on a slightly lower level at the rear of the property, approximately 100 metres from the ground floor. Rectangular in shape, it measures 10 x 5 metres with a depth ranging from 1 to 2.4 metres, features PVC lining, chlorine purification, and internal lighting, and is accessible via a metal ladder and a trampoline. The surrounding solarium is paved with terracotta and equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a hammock positioned under the shade of an olive tree. A nearby relaxation area includes garden seating, exercise bikes, and an outdoor shower with cold water. Please be aware that the pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. It is also worth noting that photo shoots of the property are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the garden, lawn, and surrounding greenery may vary depending on the season of your visit.

All three floors of the main villa are connected both by an internal staircase and by a private elevator, ensuring ease of movement for all guests. On the ground floor, accessible via an external staircase, you will find a welcoming living room with a sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a French window opening onto the veranda, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower and a private balcony, and an additional service bathroom. The first floor hosts 2 double bedrooms, each with a private balcony, a shared bathroom with a bathtub, and a charming small mezzanine space that is well suited for use as a study or meditation area. The lower floor comprises an independent apartment with direct access to the garden, featuring a living room with a kitchenette, a dining and relaxation area, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. The annex, situated a few metres from the main villa, contains a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, though it does not include a bidet.

The property also benefits from the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage caused to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00€ and subject to the restrictions provided. Pets are welcome at the villa, with an extra cleaning fee applicable per animal per week for animals up to medium size. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax.
