An additional covered terrace has been set up as an al fresco dining area, complete with a modern barbecue, making it an ideal setting for outdoor meals in the company of family or friends. The villa also benefits from a private boat dock, offering direct and privileged access to the lake. Please be aware that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Unit Layout

Villa Rivetta is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 8 guests across a main villa and a charming independent annex, offering a total of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main building is arranged over 3 floors. On the ground floor, a large, fully-equipped lake-style kitchen and a dining room take centre stage, with expansive windows framing superb views of the lake and direct access to 2 terraces overlooking the water. The first floor hosts a comfortable living room with sofa, a bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the large lake-view terrace. The top floor comprises a further double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a loft area with 2 single beds, particularly well suited for younger guests. The independent annex, accessed via a private staircase leading down through the terraces, features its own entrance and contains a cosy double bedroom, a TV, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with tub.
