Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa La Dolce are among its most captivating features, thoughtfully designed to make the most of the panoramic lake views and the natural landscape. The fenced grounds extend across terraced terrain on the left side of the villa, with the lawn dotted with bushes and trees that create naturally shaded retreats. Flower beds frame the garden as it opens out over the lake, adding colour and elegance to the setting. Adjacent to the ground floor, the flat lawn area hosts a rectangular swimming pool measuring 7.5 x 4.5 metres with a constant depth of 1.10 metres. Lined in blue PVC that harmonises beautifully with the surrounding landscape, the pool features chlorine purification and 2 sets of Roman steps positioned opposite each other for easy water access. The pool edge and solarium area are paved and furnished with sunbeds, director's chairs, and a large umbrella. The pool is heated from 17 May to 11 September 2026 and from 15 May to 10 September 2027, and is available to guests from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. A winter garden, used as a dining area, is located near the swimming pool and connects directly to the living room, offering a sheltered yet open-air space for meals and gatherings. The kitchen on the ground floor opens onto a panoramic terrace set up as an outdoor dining area with a table seating 8, a wood oven, and a barbecue. A separate relaxation area in a panoramic position is furnished with a sofa and armchairs, providing the perfect spot to unwind while taking in the lake scenery. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you find upon arrival.

Unit Layout

Villa La Dolce is spread across 3 floors and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a large living room with a beautiful lake view and a reading area welcomes you upon entry, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the panoramic terrace. Descending a few steps from the ground floor, the basement level features a living room with sofa, a billiards area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Going up a few steps from the ground floor, you will find an additional double bedroom. Continuing upward to the first floor, the main sleeping area comprises a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub shared between these 2 bedrooms. Air conditioning is available exclusively in the bedrooms.

Villa La Dolce is managed with the support of the Emma Villas Concierge Team, who are available to assist with any emergencies or additional information you may require during your stay. All relevant telephone numbers will be provided together with your booking documents. The property is equipped with 4 security cameras positioned at the 4 corners of the estate; these cameras remain switched off during guests' stays, in full respect of their privacy. Pets are welcome at the villa. For guests wishing to bring animals, a mandatory additional cleaning fee applies per animal per week or part of a week. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
