The exterior of Villa Alba is a carefully curated landscape that immediately captivates upon arrival. A scenic driveway framed by dry stone walls and an array of succulents, trees, and palm trees leads guests through the garden and toward the property. At the front of the house, a spacious portico furnished with tables and sofas invites guests to linger over the extraordinary views of the sea and Mount Etna. The panoramic swimming pool, measuring 5x10 metres with a variable depth ranging from 1.20 metres to 2 metres, is positioned directly in front of the main house and serves as the centrepiece of the outdoor space. The pool is non-heated, purified with chlorine, lined with resin, and equipped with both internal and external lighting. Access to the water is available via a traditional ladder or Roman steps, and the surrounding solarium area is furnished with sunbeds and sofas for complete relaxation. Tucked in a corner of the garden, a wood oven and barbecue area provide the perfect setting for alfresco dining and outdoor cooking. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the appearance of flowering plants and the colour of the lawn may differ from what guests encounter upon arrival, depending on the season. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.

Villa Alba is a generously proportioned property capable of accommodating up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, distributed between the main house, which spans 2 floors, and a self-contained annexe located on the ground floor at the rear of the property. Entering through the gate, the driveway leads to a large panoramic veranda that opens into the main living area of the house. On the ground floor, a spacious living room with a fireplace serves as the social heart of the villa and connects to a service bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen featuring an American-style fridge and a wok, ideal for preparing a wide range of international dishes. A staircase from the living room leads to the first floor, where the principal bedroom suite is located, a unique and romantic space featuring a whirlpool tub positioned within the room itself and a private bathroom with shower, all oriented to take full advantage of the panoramic views. A corridor on the same floor leads to a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, which share a connecting bathroom. On the second floor, 2 further double bedrooms are each appointed with their own ensuite bathroom with shower. The annexe, situated independently at the back of the house, comprises a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette, offering an added degree of privacy for guests who prefer a more separate living arrangement.

Pets are accepted at Villa Alba subject to prior written authorisation from the owner. Guests wishing to bring animals must communicate in advance the number, size, and breed of each animal to obtain approval. Heating is available at the property and is charged based on actual consumption at current market prices. Linen is provided on a weekly basis and is included in the rental price, along with initial and final cleaning. The property is covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations set out in the policy terms.
