The outdoor spaces of Villa Elda are among its most captivating features, designed to invite relaxation and make the most of the extraordinary natural setting. The villa is surrounded by a level, fenced garden with a lawn interspersed with olive trees that provide natural shade and a sense of peaceful seclusion. At the front of the villa, a tiled solarium area frames the magnificent swimming pool, which is non-heated and features an irregular shape with ceramic lining, measuring approximately 15 x 13 metres with a depth varying to 1.80 metres. Access to the pool is via elegant Roman steps, and the surrounding solarium is fully equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for your comfort. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Adjacent to the pool, a masonry portico has been thoughtfully set up as an outdoor dining area complete with an outdoor kitchen, directly connected to both the indoor kitchen and the living room. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

To the right of the main entrance, you will find a service bathroom and a double bedroom, ideal for guests who prefer ground-floor accommodation. From the living room, a staircase crafted in precious Finale stone leads to the first floor, where a hallway serves as a secondary relaxation area with access to a terrace offering sea views. Continuing along a corridor, the sleeping area comprises 2 further double bedrooms, served by a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate bathroom with a shower. The laundry facilities are housed in a dedicated room accessible from the outside, keeping utility spaces conveniently separate from the main living areas.

Villa Elda operates as a private and exclusive retreat, with the upper floor of the farmhouse occupied by the owner, who values privacy and ensures that guests enjoy full independence through a separate entrance. Pets are welcome at the property, subject to the applicable conditions. The laundry room is accessible via an external entrance, offering practical convenience without disrupting the main living spaces. The swimming pool is open seasonally, from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October, and guests are encouraged to take full advantage of this exceptional outdoor feature during the eligible period. Air conditioning is available exclusively in the bedrooms. The weekly rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use, as well as weekly linen changes and both initial and final cleaning of the property. Additionally, the rental includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee also provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided.
