The villa's bright and spacious rooms are tastefully furnished with meticulous attention to detail, creating an atmosphere that is both welcoming and sophisticated. The property benefits from a private yard spanning 300 square metres, thoughtfully landscaped with lawn, hedges, and flowering plants that lend the grounds a natural, picturesque character. Guests enjoy the convenience of a dedicated parking area at the entrance of the property, suitable for one car. High-speed Internet WiFi connectivity is available throughout the villa, ensuring that guests remain connected throughout their stay should they wish to do so.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Aura are among its most remarkable features, designed to allow guests to fully immerse themselves in the surrounding natural beauty. A large covered veranda, paved and elegantly appointed, serves as the centrepiece of the exterior living area. Accessible directly from the interior through French windows, this generous space is equipped with a brick-built barbecue, making it an ideal setting for alfresco dining and leisurely evenings spent admiring the spectacular panorama. The garden, set entirely on one level, features a harmonious interplay of manicured lawn, sculpted hedges, and seasonal flowering plants that frame the property with colour and texture. Please note that the garden photographs were taken in spring, and the appearance of the vegetation, including flower blossoming and grass colour, may vary depending on the time of your arrival.

The heated hydro-massage mini-pool is a true highlight of the outdoor experience. Measuring 4 x 2 metres with a constant depth of 1.10 metres, it is lined in blue PVC and equipped with chlorine purification, Roman steps for water access, and both internal and external lighting, allowing for enjoyment both during the day and after sunset. The pool also features a counter-current swimming option, adding a wellness dimension to its use. Positioned so that guests can admire the panoramic views even while immersed in the water, it is surrounded by a sunbathing area on the lawn furnished with sunbeds. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

Villa Aura is configured to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each thoughtfully integrated directly within its respective bedroom to ensure maximum privacy and convenience. The property is arranged over 2 floors of modern design, set on a panoramic hillside.

On the ground floor, the entrance from the veranda leads through French windows into a generous open-plan living area that seamlessly combines the sitting room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The extensive glazing throughout this space creates a fluid visual connection with the outdoor areas, ensuring that the surrounding landscape remains ever-present. Two corridors extend from this central area to 2 double bedrooms, each complete with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower in a clean, contemporary style. At the rear of the open-plan space, a small additional bathroom with laundry facilities serves the common areas.

From the back of the kitchen, a staircase ascends to the mezzanine floor, where ceiling heights range from 1 metre to 2.80 metres. This upper level houses the third double bedroom, which benefits from its own en-suite bathroom fitted with a bathtub, offering a more intimate and private retreat within the villa.

For entertainment, the villa is equipped with satellite TV, offering a wide selection of channels to enjoy during quieter evenings indoors. The en-suite bathroom on the mezzanine floor features a jacuzzi bathtub, adding a touch of indulgence and relaxation to the guest experience. Pets are welcome at the property, subject to prior authorisation by the owner, who must be informed of the number, size, and breed of the animals before arrival.

Villa Aura welcomes pets on request, subject to prior approval by the owner. Guests wishing to bring animals must communicate the number, size, and breed in advance so that the owner may grant authorisation accordingly.

The property operates a Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning that guests are not required to pay a security deposit either upon balance or at the time of arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations set out in the policy terms.

The tourism tax applies at a rate of 1 euro per person per night for the first 10 nights of the stay. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from this charge.
