Residence Borgodamare is a nice stone building that has a total of six separate apartments that is conveniently located in the centre of Monteprandone, Italy and only 28 km (17 mi) from Ascoli Piceno. Residence Borgodamare, among other amenities, includes also pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning.
Bilo (40sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can accommodate up to four people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
