Heating is available exclusively from 15 November to 30 April. The apartment includes complimentary WiFi internet access. Parking facilities are generous, with 1 fenced outdoor parking space and a garage on the property accommodating 1 additional car. An electric vehicle charging station is also available on site. Additional facilities include a safe, a hair dryer, and a baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years of age. A fire extinguisher is present in the apartment. Please be aware that the property is reserved for non-smokers only. Guests should also note that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties on the premises.
