A wellness area complete with a sauna is also located on this level. The first floor, accessed via an external staircase, offers a second living and dining room with kitchen, a double bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower, a twin bedroom, and a guest bathroom. Other Information

Villa Inga operates with a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights, with a changeover day on Saturday applicable from 20/06 to 28/08. Check-in is available from 17:00 to 21:00, while check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available after 21:00 and until 24:00, subject to prior agreement. A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages.

The rental rates are inclusive of a comprehensive range of services and utilities, covering air conditioning, heating, gas, water, and electricity. Final cleaning is included, along with a midweek change of bath towels, bed linens, and pool towels, as well as a midweek cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms lasting 6 hours. Use of the sauna, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a cot are also included in the rates.

In low and medium season, the villa can be rented with 5 bedrooms, excluding the annex, at a 15 percent discount. Pets are not permitted at the property. A tourist tax of 2.00 euros per night per person applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 10 nights, payable in cash upon arrival.
