The ground floor of the villa features a welcoming entrance that leads into a spacious living room furnished with sofas and an LCD television, a dining room that opens directly onto the garden facing the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom with WC and sink, 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, and a laundry room fitted with both a washing machine and a dryer. On the first floor, 3 further double bedrooms are each appointed with their own private bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, an American coffee maker, a microwave, and a safe for the secure storage of valuables.

The rental price includes electricity and air conditioning, bath towels, bed linen, and pool towels with a midweek change for bookings of a minimum of 7 nights, as well as kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom cleaning every other day for 4 hours for bookings of a minimum of 7 nights. A final cleaning service is also included, along with a welcome basket stocked with breakfast items.

Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out time is between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available after 21:00 until 24:00 and is to be paid on arrival. A security deposit of 2,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, less any charges in the event of damages. A tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 5 nights, and is to be paid in cash on arrival.
