The Happy Premium is a 4-room mobile home with a comfortable living/sleeping area that includes a dining table, electric heating, and air conditioning. There is one room with a 140 cm french bed that is 190 cm long. Additionally, there are two rooms, each equipped with two beds measuring 70 cm wide and 190 cm long.

Amenities Included

You will have access to an open kitchen with four hot plates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The mobile home also features a shower/WC, air-conditioning (extra charge), a partly roofed terrace with furniture, an electric portable barbecue, and two deck chairs. Mosquito nets are provided, and parking for one car is available.

Other Information

Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking, and only one small pet or dog is allowed. The mobile home can accommodate a maximum capacity of six people for your vacation. It offers comfortable furnishings and essential amenities to ensure a pleasant stay.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
