Two additional double bedrooms on this level each feature en-suite bathrooms with showers, and a fourth bathroom with shower serves the communal areas. The ground floor also includes a laundry room and a dedicated wellness area with sauna. The first floor, accessed via an external staircase, contains another living and dining room with kitchen, one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower, one twin bedroom, and a guest bathroom equipped with toilet and washbasin. The separate annex at ground level houses 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a shower, alongside a living room with kitchenette.

The property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights. During the period from June 21st to August 29th, arrivals are restricted to Saturdays only. Pets are not allowed at this property. A security deposit is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival. A tourist tax applies based on current legislation and must be paid in cash on arrival. Children up to 12 years are excluded from the tourist tax, which is capped at a maximum of 10 nights.
