The separate double bedroom also benefits from its own exit to the veranda, providing an additional connection to the exterior. The open kitchen is fully equipped with 4 induction hot plates, an electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the coffee machine (Nescafe Dolce Gusto). The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. The apartment also features a 14 m2 balcony furnished with outdoor furniture, from which you can enjoy a direct view of the swimming pool.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
