The apartment includes 1 dedicated double bedroom, bringing the total to 1 bedroom across the property. The bathroom configuration consists of 1 shower and WC, conveniently serving the entire apartment. The kitchenette is fully integrated into the living space and is designed to meet all culinary needs during your stay. Please be aware that the building does not have a lift.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
