The living/sleeping room has sloping ceilings and is equipped with a double sofabed (130 cm, length 191 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a hi-fi system. There is an exit leading to the terrace. Additionally, there is an open gallery area with a ceiling height ranging from 165 to 145 cm, without windows, containing two sofabeds (70 cm, length 190 cm).

Amenities Included
The apartment includes a small, open kitchen in the entrance area, equipped with four hot plates, a mini-oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/bidet/WC combination. Other amenities provided are a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access. Outdoor facilities include a 50 square meter terrace with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and a sitting area.
