On the 2nd upper floor, you will find 1 double bedroom featuring 1 double bed, along with direct access to a 6 m2 balcony. A second room on this level is equipped with 1 bunk bed sleeping 2, offering a practical and cosy sleeping arrangement. The kitchen and living room area on this floor includes a dining table and provides a welcoming space for shared meals and relaxation, with direct access to the balcony as well. A shower and WC complete the facilities on this level, representing the single full bathroom of the apartment.
On the top floor, an open room with characteristic sloping ceilings features 1 double sofabed, offering additional sleeping space for guests. This room opens directly onto a 10 m2 terrace, perfect for enjoying the marvellous views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

Price Match
Die Lage der Wohnung, insbesondere die obere Terrasse und der Pool-Bereich mit Sicht auf den See und die Berge ist herrlich. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind eher bescheiden eingerichtet und laden nicht so zum verweilen ein. Das Obergeschoss, von dem man zur oberen, grossen Terrasse gelangt und in dem sich ein Sofa befindet, ist so niedrig, dass man nur gebückt gehen kann (auch im separaten WC). Der Fernseher befindet sich im unteren Stock im Essbereich (ohne Sitzecke). Da die Wohnung auf drei Stockwerken ist, ist sie wegen der vielen Treppen für Kleinkinder oder gehbehinderte Menschen nicht zu empfehlen. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Verwalter vor Ort gestaltete sich schwierig, da eine falsche Tel.Nr. angegeben wurde. Auf E-Mails bekamen wir keine Antwort.
