The second upper floor offers a room with sloping ceilings and a French bed (140 cm), as well as a separate toilet and access to a balcony. Two additional rooms on this level feature double beds (180 cm each), with one of them providing access to a balcony. This floor also has a shower and a separate toilet. The third upper floor, which also has sloping ceilings, houses a double bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and a sauna.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
