On the main level, there is a shower room with a bidet and toilet. The lower ground floor houses another shower room with a toilet, and the upper floor contains one double bedroom and two additional rooms, each with two beds, as well as another shower room with a bidet and toilet.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
