Der Haustechniker ist eine sehr große Unterstützung. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit. Er hilft bei allen Problemen.
Die Holztreppen sind in einem miserablen und sicherheitsgefährdenden Zustand. Die Stufen sind morsch und einige sind losgetreten. Im feuchten Zustand sind die Stufen extrem glatt. Der Haustechniker benötigt lediglich ein Budget um die Treppe zu ersetzen.
Das Haus Nr. 2 ist sehr schön. Die Ausstattung ist ungenügend. Zu wenig Gläser, keine Kaffeemaschine und zu wenige Steckdosen.
Die Zufahrtsstrasse ist ebenfalls in einem miserablen Zustand. Beladene Fahrzeuge setzen auf. Der Zugangsweg zum Haus ist sehr lang.
