On the upper floor, a second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, along with a hand-basin, offering a private and comfortable retreat. A box-room is also available on the property for additional storage needs.

Die Angaben des Buchungsportals (Hometogo) bzgl. des privaten Pools sind nicht korrekt. Dieser Fakt hat uns mit am meisten enttäuscht. Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Gemeinschaftspool für die insgesamt 4 Ferienwohnungen/ Häuser. Zudem ist auch die Familie und Freunde der Besitzerin ab und an am Pool. Das stört normal nicht, wir hatten uns aber explizit auf einen Eigenen gefreut.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kritikfähig. Die Sauberkeit des Objektes war nicht ganz so perfekt, insbesondere die Bäder/ Dusche waren teils recht schmutzig. Die Spiegel wurden auf unseren Wunsch hin gereinigt.
Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, wenn man viel kochen möchte, sollte man Bretter und ordentliche Messer mitbringen. Der ein oder andere Topf müsste ersetzt werden, da diese total versaut sind.
Leider hatten wir auf unserer Terrasse permanent schwallartigen Kloakengeruch. Das kam wohl vom neulich gereinigten Kanal. Der Umstand war den Vermietern sichtlich peinlich und vermutlich nicht so einfach abzustellen. Angenehm war es trotzdem nicht.
Positiv ist die ruhige Lage und der schöne Pool, sowie die guten Gartenmöbel und Liegen. Das Haus war trotz Hitze und keiner Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. im 1. OG wäre es gut, wenn noch Sonnenschutzklappen angebracht werden, hier staut sich die Hitze etwas. Das kostenfreie Internet war sehr schnell und sogar im Garten gut erreichbar.
Die Anlage liegt recht abgeschieden und ist über eine ca. 2 Kilometer lange Schotterstraße zu erreichen. nach Siena sind es ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch die Supermärkte liegen ungefähr in der zeitlichen Entfernung. Es gibt ein paar wenige Restaurants in ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten Fahrweite, ansonsten ist hier nicht viel los. Genau das richtige zum Abschalten.

This is a communal pool for a total of 4 holiday apartments / houses. In addition, the owner's family and friends are at the pool from time to time. That doesn't normally bother us, but we were explicitly looking forward to our own.
The landlords were very friendly, helpful and open to criticism. The cleanliness of the property was not so perfect, especially the bathrooms / showers were sometimes quite dirty. The mirrors were cleaned at our request.
The kitchen could be better equipped, if you want to cook a lot you should bring boards and proper knives. Some pots would have to be replaced because they are totally messed up.
Unfortunately we had a constant gush of sewer smell on our terrace. That probably came from the recently cleaned sewer. The landlords were visibly embarrassed about this and probably not that easy to remedy. Still, it wasn't pleasant.
Positive is the quiet location and the beautiful pool, as well as the good garden furniture and loungers. Despite the heat and no air conditioning, the house was pleasantly cool. On the 1st floor it would be good if sun protection flaps were installed, the heat builds up a bit here. The free internet was very fast and easily accessible even in the garden.
The property is quite secluded and can be reached via an approx. 2 km long gravel road. it is about 20 minutes by car to Siena. The supermarkets are also roughly in the same time. There are a few restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive, otherwise there isn't much going on here. Just the thing to switch off.
