On the first upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms: 1 room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, and a second room with 1 set of bunk beds sleeping 2. This floor is served by a shower room complete with bidet and WC. On the second upper floor, a double bedroom offers a private and refined retreat, also equipped with its own shower room with bidet and WC, along with direct access to a balcony.

The property is equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort during warmer months, while forced-air heating is available as an additional service. A washing machine is provided for your convenience during longer stays. The open kitchen is fully appointed with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 4 gas rings, and a freezer, making it ideal for preparing meals at home. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
