The third bedroom, which is located outside the main apartment, also features a double bed and is served by a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC. A compact kitchen and living area completes the layout, furnished with a dining table and offering a cosy shared space for meals and relaxation. A TV is available for hire. Heating is available exclusively from 10 October to 30 April, making the property particularly well suited for autumn and winter stays during this period. A maximum of 1 pet or dog is permitted at the property. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers only, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
