"Salice Verde (GLA134)" is a beautifully appointed 8-room vacation rental spanning approximately 200 square metres across 2 levels, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests across 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property is divided into 2 self-contained living areas connected via an exterior staircase, with no internal connecting door between the floors, making it equally suited to a single large group or 2 separate parties booking the whole house together.

On the upper floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, as well as a satellite TV for your entertainment. From this level, you have access to a balcony. This floor offers 3 bedrooms in total: 2 rooms each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, and 1 further room with 1 single bed. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with 1 hot plate, an oven, a dishwasher, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. The bathroom facilities on this level consist of a shower with WC and a separate bathroom with both a bath and shower combined with a WC.

On the 2nd upper floor, accessible via the exterior staircase, you will discover a second living and dining room with its own dining table and satellite TV, as well as access to a balcony. This level contains 3 additional bedrooms: 1 room with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, 1 room with 1 set of bunk beds sleeping 2, and 1 further room with 1 set of bunk beds sleeping 2. 2 of these rooms offer direct access to a balcony. The smaller kitchen on this floor is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table. The bathrooms on this floor include a bath with WC and a separate shower with WC, as well as a hydromassage bath. It is worth noting that the bed layout is flexible and that there are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of guests allowed, which may not be exceeded.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
