The living and dining room is elegantly appointed with an open-hearth fireplace, used only for decoration, a dining table, and direct access to the balcony and the roofed terrace. The 1st bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm and also benefits from its own exit to a balcony. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and 1 set of bunk beds accommodating 2, and similarly opens onto a balcony, making a total of 2 balconies available throughout the apartment. The kitchen is open-plan and fully fitted, including an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC.
