That's what we were looking for. The hostess is very nice and speaks English. We were housed in the semi-detached house, it was all very clean and decorated according to the Tuscan style. In the bedroom there was an air conditioner which was bookable for 20 euros per week. It was a dream. The swimming pool was always clean and usable as well as the beach chairs and the pavilion. On the property there were 3 dogs, a cat, cows, donkeys, ponies, chickens and pigs which could also be caressed. In the small village within walking distance (about 400 meters away) there was a very delicious pizzeria with stunning views over Tuscany. We had a wonderful week and will definitely come back.
