In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Appartement très agréable, idéalement placé (10 mn à pied de la gare routière Piazzale Roma, 20/25 mn de la place San Marco), bien équipé et pourvu d'une vue magnifique sur le campo dei Frari. De plus, l'accueil discret mais efficace a grandement participé à la réussite de notre séjour vénitien.
