You will find a 4-room apartment that is 90 square meters and spread across two levels on the first floor. The living/dining room comes with a TV, and there is one double bedroom. Additionally, there is a room with two beds. The kitchen area is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a bath/bidet/WC combination. On the upper floor, accessed by a steep stair, you will find another room with one bed measuring 120 cm. This room has an exit leading to the terrace. The floors throughout the apartment are made of natural stone.
