This room can be rented as an additional option for the Teresa or Byron houses.
It has no kitchen or common room, it is just a large bedroom with twin beds and a large bathroom.
It is positioned between the two house, overlooking directly on the garden.
It can be used for guest coming to visit, for an additional couple that could not find room in the Byron or Teresa house.
It is also ideal to receive an older person or someone with disabilities, that cannot or prefers not to use often the stairs.
The room is on garden level, where it can easily board the car.
While the bathroom is intentionally equipped with standard toilet, sink or bath tub, the overall design makes it easier to be used by someone with disabilities.
Including a large entrance door, a little shower for the toilet, a drain in the middle of the bathroom, lot of space for a wheelchair and lot of grab bars.
