In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Lage super, allerdings durch angrenzenden Parkplatz und Straße sehr unruhig.
Terrasse top, Mobiliar sehr veraltet und Küchenausstattung sehr dürftig.
Kommunikation und Betreuung waren super.Fur den Preis in diesem Jahr würde ich wieder buchen.
Den Preis ab nächstes Jahr empfinde ich für die Qualität nicht gerechtfertigt.
