Leuke vakantiewoning in zeer landelijke omgeving. Het huis is eenvoudig maar zeer compleet. In de regio is zeer veel te leven (Lago Bolsena en Orvieto liggen op ca. 15 km afstand) . Voor fietsers en wandelaars een prachtige locatie; wij hebben enorm genoten. Maar let op: de vakantiewoning is eigenlijk een vierde deel (appartement) van een boerderij die je met nog 3 andere families/gebruikers deelt. Toen wij er waren was er niemand maar anders zit je dicht op elkaar en heb je weinig privacy. Het zwembad deel je niet alleen met de bewoners van de andere delen van de boerderij maar ook nog met de gebruikers van 2 andere vakantiewoningen, dat maakt het een beetje (te) vol. En tot slot is de weg naar de vakantiewoning onverhard en erg slecht.

Mooi huis voor 4 personen in rustige omgeving. Voor 6 personen moet je mooi weer hebben, anders zijn de leegruimtes wat klein. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances, la maison est splendide, le cadre est idyllique, calme, la piscine de rêve est gigantesque et très bien entretenue, l'accueil est fort sympathique, nous avons été choyés durant tout le séjour par Stefania et son époux que nous remercions encore. Propreté garantie aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, la climatisation nous a permis de passer de très bonnes nuits bien agréable. La maison est totalement équipée en tout (produits d'entretien, serviettes, linge de lit, vaisselle, ustensiles...) Je recommande vivement cette belle location et souhaitons y revenir un jour.

The apartment is located ca 1 km far from the beach in Riva Ligure, where you can find all you need for your stay and relaxation. Two double beds are good enough to sleep in, however, the folding sofa I would not recommend as it`s far from perfect condition. The balcony with its marvelous sea view is the most recommended part of the apartment, we have spent almost all of our time there. I would only recommend to install there a shading tent for morning hours. What was missing- it`s the air conditioning system, especially on the first hot days of the stay. Also, be prepared to fight mosquitos. Despite all of that it`s a perfect place to stay and enjoy the sea and beautiful Riva Ligure small town!
