Nice and clean house. The garden is nice as well! The owners are friendly, flexible and will answer fast - but don’t speak any english. Surroundings are very nice - not too far to the lake (walkingdistance approx. 10‘ min.)
We couldn’t use the pool (it was closed end of Sept. - just notice before you gonna book). No extra Toilletpaper, no washing-up liquid, only one tab for the dishwasher, no working lighter for the grill ...nothing that would have cost much money. The garbage you have to put anyway yourself - otherwise you have to pay another 50.- Euros. Cleaning will cost you 20.- p.P. - even though you didn’t use the pool. Gasfees extra as well.

A nice house with lots of hidden (extra) costs.

We were very pleased when we arrived to find the lovely apartment we rented. The location is perfect nestled in shops and restaurants, easy to reach and beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect place to stay in Venice..

Posizione eccellente, vista spettacolare, zona tranquilla e fresca. Posto auto coperto comodissimo. L’appartamento è pulito e ordinato. Unica pecca è piuttosto trascurato sugli arredi e il bagno interno, es. box doccia che è in piedi con il vento a favore! Con una spesa contenuta si potrebbe migliorare notevolmente. Nel complesso buona struttura che consiglio.
