Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment. Nicht ganz billig aber mit einer wunderschönen Parkanlage und gepflegtem Pool. Die Vermieterin ist eine charmante und wirklich herzliche Gastgeberin! Sollte sie eine private Besichtigung der historischen Burganlage anbieten: undbedingt zusagen! Es erwartet sie eine liebevollst in Stand gehaltene Burg inkl. funktionierender Zugbrücke und jede Menge Geschichten zur Familientradition und zur Geschichte der Region.

The reason for a poor review is that the Villa is very difficult to get to if you are driving anything bigger than a Fiat 500. Not only is the road leading to the villa very narrow but is located on a steep curve. Unfortunately, I had an Opel Zafira station wagon and wad not going to risk damaging this rental vehicle. When we did manage to walk to this Villa, it was very worn and in need of some updating. Luckily, we were able to obtain another villa, Maddalena which was must nicer and easier to access by a larger vehicle. I appreciate the help of Alfreddo at the Mass Lubrense office, he was very helpful but I lost the full payment I had on the original villa and had to pay for the new villa. I was hoping to get at least a partial refund but have not received any word on that yet. Overall, the Maddalena villa was a good experience but the original needs to be more descriptive on the accessibility and not just the width of the road to get to it.

La villa è proprio come nella descrizione dell'annuncio.
L'unica cosa è che la piscina non è proprio attaccata alla residenza, diciamo che per chi va con i bambini ( come noi), non potrebbero sorvegliargli dalla terrazza.
Tutto il resto è proprio bello, ci siamo innamorati del posto.
Sicuramente torneremo.

The only thing is that the pool is not really attached to the residence, let's say to those who go with the kids (like us), you cannot watch them from the terrace.
Everything else is just beautiful, we loved the place.
Definitely we will be back.

Nice and quite house, well located near Rome and many turistic spots. There were some disagreements: Defected AC, washing machine and toilets. Wifi didn't work all the time. The equipment was minimal but beds very comfortable.
