De location of the house is perfect! The apartment was very basic, not enough cutlery, no fan. And we missed the mosquito screens very much because of the many mosquito's during the evening and night. We had to keep the windows closed because of the mosquito's and it became very hot in the house.

Very good appartment, clean, spacefull, complete, close to the beach, nice surrounding. A little bit to quiet for little children.

House is good equipped, spacious, clean, in good condition; according expectation. Swimming pool is really fine, clean and a safety responsible guy is doing a great job by guarding at the pool the full day! Also tennis and other equipment is in perfect condition. In the residence the majority is (semi) permanent Italian people, which is fine, but they are not waiting for holiday guests. Communication in other then Italian language is a problem.
