Planning on getting away to Italy this summer? Dreaming of a break enjoying long meals and sipping limoncello by the sea in one of our gorgeous villas on the Amalfi Coast? Maybe a vacation rental in Apulia to discover her charming traditional towns like Ostuni, grand Baroque cities such as Lecce, and striking coastline? Perhaps you are thinking of a villa in Tuscany to dive into the food and culture and beyond-famous attractions like the Leaning Tower of Pisa? Or maybe you want to tackle the endless sights of the Eternal City and have your very own Roman Holiday with a holiday rental in Rome? Well, no matter what kind of holiday you are after or where your interests lie, if comfort is central to your concerns then you might want to consider one specific question: do you have a villa in Italy with air-conditioning?

For many, air-conditioning is indispensable to ensure their comfort and convenience and, if you are travelling during the summer months, many areas of Italy can get really, really hot. In fact, summers have become increasingly hot in recent years, so this is something you should really be prepared for, particularly if you are travelling with children or older friends or family members who might be more vulnerable to the heat.

Dreaming of a getaway in Apulia? Easy access to the seaside and the stunning so-called White City of Ostuni? Comfort and sleek style? Well, then look no further than the lovely Villa Donnosanto. This stylish modern villa can sleep up to six people comfortably in three bedrooms with four bathrooms and is located 2km (1 miles) from the town of Torre San Sabina and 14km (9 miles) from Ostuni. Day-trips could easily be planned to many of the other famous towns of the region with Brindisi 28km (18 miles) away, Alberobello 53km (33 miles) away, Polignano a Mare 55km (34 miles) away, and Lecce 66km (41 miles) away. The nearest beach is just 2km away, making it a very short drive from the sea or a pleasant little walk or cycle. For those really looking to make the most of their time on holiday in Apulia, this is a perfect base.
