So, if you get in late and want to have milk and bread or other basics ready and waiting for you in the morning, it might be nice to avail of the pre-stocked fridge option if it is offered by the owner. Usually at an extra fee, it really eases you into your vacation in Italy and reduces some of the stress of travel. Most owners will have something waiting for you upon arrival anyway but this may be local biscuits or maybe some fruit or a small treat, rather than more practical offerings.
Maid services
Continuing the theme of convenience and reducing stress, those who don’t want to do very much at all, except relax and enjoy themselves, might want to avail of maid services. With our luxury villas with pools in Italy, some properties include limited free maid services for a few hours each week and some also offer additional hours of paid cleaning services on a daily basis. Other holiday rentals in Italy might also offer these paid cleaning services throughout your stay.
Extra linens
Those who love to have plenty of towels and fresh bed sheets will appreciate our villas in Italy where there are extra linens offered to guests, usually at an extra fee.
Baby-sitting services

Speaking of arranging things for you, some of our owners go one step even further and can organise guided tours of the area surrounding your villa in Italy. These tours are usually charged per person and can be personalised according to your tastes and preferences by the owners. This really is a wonderful way to get to know an area, with a local who really understands the locality and can offer unique insights that you might not have gotten otherwise.
Pool heating/hot tubs
Finally, many of our vacation rentals in Italy have pools and some of these can also be heated. As heating something like this can be a costly thing to do, to heat the pool for use throughout your stay is usually optional and available at an extra fee for that little bit of extra luxury. Hot tubs might also be on the property but may sometimes only be open for use if you are paying for them as an extra service. Additionally, there can also sometimes be a whole suite of spa equipment on offer in some rentals with saunas, steam rooms, and more that may be available at an extra cost, again due to the expensive of running them. For those looking to really relax and unwind, this is actually a relatively inexpensive way to basically have a private spa for your exclusive use.
