Ottima posizione Ben attrezzata. Da fare qualche intervento di manutenzione.. rubinetto cucina .. tavolo della cucina e cappa da sostituire o sistemare. Magari un check prima di renderla disponibile sarebbe davvero utile. Per il resto è consigliabile. Livello standard.
