Rapallo
Part of the stretch of coastline known as the Italian Riviera, Rapallo is located in the province of Genova, in northern Italy.

With a moderate climate and level terrain, the landscape gives way to hills that rise immediately beyond the city itself.

These are where you will find a range of different luxury villas to choose from, where they are sheltered from the wind.
Rapallo Castle
As part of the Portofino National Park, the area surrounding Rapallo is protected from construction and environmental damage, ensuring that it provides clean beaches. For a seaside holiday, there is much to see and do in this picturesque village.

Sights include a small harbor, seaside promenade, stunning castle in the sea, and plenty of shops and eateries to pass the time.

For an unforgettable view, you can take the funicular ride up the hill to Montallegro, where you can see the city and the stretches of coastline along the rest of this region.
Basilica dei Santi Gervasio e Protasio
At the top of this funicular you'll also find the Sanctuary of Montallegro, which was built as a shrine to the Virgin who appeared to a peasant in this location. Hiking trails wind their way through the hills, so you can enjoy the countryside and views of the sea.

There are ferries that you can take to nearby locations such as Cinque Terre, Portofino, and Sestri Levante.

During the summertime, many lively festivals take up the streets of Rapallo, including the Festa dell'Apparizione della Vergine, which is celebrated in Montallegro.

Festivities include a procession with colorful costumes, song, and dance. You can also take in summer concerts and films in the town park, as well as sailing regattas in the nearby gulf.
Rapallo View

Our villas specialists can help you choose the best accommodation in the surrounding hills, or an apartment right in town depending on your budget and needs.
