Welcome back to our Villa Spotlight, where we look closer at one of the thousands of villas we offer. Today we look towards the Veneto, but not to Venice itself. Villa Brenzone is situated on the eastern shore of the largest lake in Italy, Lake Garda. Villa Brenzone is actually a multi-unit villa consisting of two separate apartments, which is great for a smaller group or a larger group could rent the entire villa if needed. The owners live in a third apartment connected in the Villa, which can be a godsend having them so close when trying to find out information about local hot spots or restaurants! Multi-unit villas can offer a great value for smaller groups traveling through Italy, with many of the luxuries of a larger villa with less of a price tag per unit.
The villa itself is set only 150m from the center of the town of Brenzone and situated in a quiet and secluded location. Villa Brenzoneis only 150m from the lake itself, and boat moorings for excursions on the lake are nearby. For shared use on the almost 3,000m2 fenced in grounds are an orchard, swimming pool, garden furniture and barbecue along with parking available on the grounds. Shops, grocers and restaurants are nearby as well as a bus stop.
"My family and I stayed in the 2 apartments in Brenzone in August. The apartments were extremely clean and roomy, the kitchen was well equiped with everything you could need. The pool was great with plenty of sunbeds and the views stunning.
The owners who live on the property were very friendly and helpful and certainly did not intrude on your space. August was very hot and only one of the apartments had aircon, we would have liked it in the other apartment. The property is on quite a hill so you need to be fit or have a car. Brenzone is very quiet but has a good supermarket and restaurants, it is very close to Malcesine which is beautiful but far too busy for our liking. I would highly recommend this property."

Villa Brenzone Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor and is well furnished. There is a living / dining room with satellite television as well as an exit onto the veranda. A small kitchenette with an oven and freezer is equipped with most things you would need. There are two double bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower, bidet and WC. The patio is covered and has outdoor furniture to enjoy the view.
"The property was so much nicer then we expected, the pictures didnt do it justice. The property owners couldnt have been nicer. Home made pasta available monday, wednesday and friday and it was fantastic, fabulous value for money. Fresh eggs also available.

The second apartment in Villa Brenzone is on two levels, the ground floor has one room with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower, bidet and WC. On the first floor there is an entrance hall, living/dining room with satellite television, a double bed and an exit to the terrace.
